Description
This half-day tour includes a bus and walking itinerary to introduce you to Italy's most fashionable city. During the tour you will discover the Castello Sforzesco, the splendid Duomo, one of the largest and most impressive Gothic cathedrals in the world, and the fascinating Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. You will also visit the Teatro alla Scala, home of the Milan Opera House since 1778 and still in full activity today. Your ticket gives you access to both the theatre and the La Scala museum, and is valid all day, in case you want to return for a more in-depth visit.
The tour ends with a visit to The Last Supper, Leonardo da Vinci's masterpiece, which is housed in the refectory of the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Due to the nature of the mural painting and to ensure its preservation, access is limited to small groups who can only stay in the special room where the work is located for 15 minutes.
