Description
Perugia has an inestimable artistic heritage and there are many beauties to be admired in the city. Also famous for its culinary tradition and chocolate, it is in fact home to Perugina, a well-known chocolate factory.
Perugia also hosts the international Umbria Jazz event. After meeting your guide, you will begin your private tour of this beautiful city, rich in history, works of art and magnificent views. Strolling along Corso Vannucci, you will admire Palazzo dei Priori, La Fontana Maggiore, the Hall of the Notaries and the Cathedral with its beautiful Holy Ring. You will walk through alleys full of history and your guide will tell you curiosities and anecdotes about the Etruscan and medieval city, admire the Porta Marzia, the Etruscan Arch and the ancient aqueduct.
At the end of your tour you will be offered a tasting of local products to conclude your visit by sampling local specialities.
